Main House

Ground floor with main entrance leading to large open plan kitchen and dining room, with French door opening onto terrace with expansive views and also opening onto covered terrace with outdoor table seating 10, and a sitting room with fireplace, There is a guest WC on this level.

First floor has 3 bedrooms, master with en-suite, and two sharing a bathroom with bath and double showers. One of these bedrooms has a double bed with separate outside entrance, and the other has two single beds.

Lower Ground floor has a taverna with a glassed in cantina. The Taverna has a TV, DVD and Sky box. Please note that while there taverna may be used by guests and includes a wine fridge, the cantina will not be available for guests’ use.
There is also a large laundry and further guest WC.

Tobacco Tower

The ground floor with french doors opening onto the terrace around the pool has an eat-in kitchen and sitting room with television, DVD player and Sky TV. There is also a lemonaia, with bifold doors which open onto the terrace. There is a guest WC on this level.

First floor has two bedrooms, both enuite2 bedroom. One bedroom has a fireplace, the other has french windows looking out over the pool and view.

Second Floor: Tower room with daybed and fireplace. This room is currently used as a music room.

Barn

The barn has been converted to leisure use. It has:

  A Gym, with elliptical, treadmill, trx, boxing bag and weights

  Media room featuring X Box, TV and Computer
  Jacuzzi/Spa pool seating 8
