Available to rent independently or together, the neighbouring properties feature between them two swimming pools, a tennis court, a fully equipped gym, a hammam, a jacuzzi, a home theatre and a cantina. Chiesa Pagano has 8 ensuite bedrooms, Pagano Sopra has 5, 3 of which are ensuite, and 2 share a luxurious family bathroom. Each property has a substantial and well maintained garden and access to woodland. The views of the valley from both properties are expansive and stunning.

Designed with families in mind, there is a playground area for small children, and a media room for teenagers. The many indoor and outdoor living spaces provide places for everyone to gather and places for peace and quiet.

The villas are a 10 minute drive from Umbertide, 20 minutes from Lake Trasimeno, 25 minute drive from Cortona and Citta di Castello, a 35 minute drive from Perugia and Assissi. It is under an hour drive to Siena, Montepulciano and Arezzo in Tuscany, as well as many other towns in Umbria, such as Gubbio, Spoletto, Spello and Todi.

A caretaker for the house lives nearby. A house clean and linen change is provided once a week for rental longer than 7 days. Additional cleaning can be arranged at the guest’s own cost.

We are also able to arrange babysitting, a wonderful cook, vehicle transfers or tours.
